工業(yè)和信息化部等三部門近日聯(lián)合印發(fā)的《輕工業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)施方案》提出，到2027年，重點(diǎn)輕工企業(yè)數(shù)字化研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工具普及率達(dá)90%左右。

輕工業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)和民生產(chǎn)業(yè)，在穩(wěn)增長、擴(kuò)內(nèi)需、促消費(fèi)、惠民生等方面發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用。為貫徹落實(shí)國務(wù)院辦公廳《制造業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型行動(dòng)方案》，推動(dòng)數(shù)字技術(shù)加快賦能輕工業(yè)發(fā)展，系統(tǒng)指導(dǎo)輕工業(yè)推進(jìn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，培育形成新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，2025年3月，工業(yè)和信息化部會(huì)同教育部、市場監(jiān)管總局聯(lián)合印發(fā)《輕工業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)施方案》（以下簡稱“方案”）。

方案提出，到2027年，重點(diǎn)輕工企業(yè)數(shù)字化研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工具普及率達(dá)90%左右，關(guān)鍵工序數(shù)控化率達(dá)75%左右，打造100個(gè)左右典型場景，培育60家左右標(biāo)桿企業(yè)，制修訂50項(xiàng)左右國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，形成一批數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型成果。到2030年，規(guī)模以上企業(yè)普遍實(shí)施數(shù)字化改造，形成“智改數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)聯(lián)”數(shù)字生態(tài)，高端化、智能化、綠色化發(fā)展水平顯著提升。

圍繞發(fā)展目標(biāo)，方案部署實(shí)施新一代信息技術(shù)賦能、新模式新業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用、產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)支撐4大行動(dòng)，并細(xì)化為15項(xiàng)具體措施，對家電、家具、五金制品、電動(dòng)自行車等細(xì)分領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)分類指導(dǎo)，以數(shù)字化場景牽引實(shí)現(xiàn)“數(shù)字化車間—智能工廠—智慧供應(yīng)鏈”梯次遞進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和數(shù)字化水平的整體躍升。

據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，2024年底輕工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)字化研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工具普及率達(dá)84.9%，實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同企業(yè)占比達(dá)47.2%，開展個(gè)性化定制企業(yè)占比達(dá)18.3%。
